We are Fair Sale Homes, serving the people in the greater Los Angeles area. Since buying and managing our first rental property in 2005, we have taken great pride in serving everyday people–the residents of Los Angeles County (home owners of the City of Angels, Angelenos), South Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, Northeast Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, San Bernardino, and even San Diego neighborhoods… in the home ownership and real estate investment journey.
Our Founder
Do Duong
I am a Los Angeles native and decade-long real estate investor. I am proud that we can provide quality housing to rental communities in Los Angeles County, by improving homes and apartments that we acquire. Through my journey, I have discovered that (1) rental housing conditions in Los Angeles can and should be improved (2) some rental property owners lack the time, money, and expertise to properly manage their rental properties; and (3) when planning to sell, rental property owners are often not aware of all the available options. I take great pride in helping owners achieve their home selling goals, and take an extra step toward financial freedom.
Outside of Fair Sale Homes, I dedicate time to my family, outdoor adventures, volunteering, and a lifelong search for every neighborhood’s best taco, jelly donut, and bowl of Pho.
