We are Fair Sale Homes, based in Los Angeles, started in partnership with Mr. Property Buyer. Since meeting at a Southern California real estate event in 2017, Do Duong and Moris Reyes have become close friends and developed their love of helping everyday people–the residents of Los Angeles County — home owners of the City of Angels, Angelenos, South Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, San Diego, and Southern California neighborhoods — in the home ownership and real estate investment journey.

Our Team
Do Duong
I am a Los Angeles native and decade-long real estate investor. I provide quality housing to rental communities across Southern California by improving homes and apartments that I buy . Through my journey, I have discovered that (1) housing conditions in Los Angeles should be improved for the benefit of renters (2) many owners run out of time and money to properly maintain their properties (3) house sellers are often not aware of all the available options.
Outside of Fair Sale Homes, I dedicate time to my family, outdoor adventures with my sons’ scouting troop, and a lifelong search for every neighborhood’s best taco, raspberry jelly donut, or bowl of Pho.
Moris Reyes
I am a Los Angeles native, real estate investor, and homeowner advocate that specializes in foreclosures. With over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring an exceptional track record with all property types—including single and multi-family residential—to every new transaction. I also bring a unique understanding of what it means to struggle and find one’s way in unfamiliar territory—like real estate.
Though raised in Southern California, I was born in El Salvador. My mother and I immigrated to the U.S. when I was just 6 years old. Today, my work is a labor of love for me—the result of a lifelong dream to become a successful entrepreneur while sharing my knowledge to benefit others. I have worked with hundreds of distressed situations and am proud to say that I have helped many homeowners in Los Angeles avoid foreclosure. I believe in building relationships by providing quality service in the local communities.
